• Local Community Information 

  Established in 1973, the Chinese Community Center (CCC) of Capital District of New York, Inc, is a not-for-profit and non-political entity. The purpose of the CCC is to:

  1. Foster and encourage the study of the Chinese and English languages
  2. Promote Chinese History, Art and Culture
  3. Further communication and goodwill among its members

  The CCC runs and maintains the largest Chinese School north of Metro New York City and
  West of Buffalo. Among the courses provided are:  Chinese language for adults and children,
  English as second language, Chinese Folk Dance, Chinese Calligraphy and Brush Painting,
  Martial Arts, Mathematics and others.  Detail information can be obtained at www.albanychineseschool.org.

  Within the CCC, there are many sub-divisions including as Photographic, Ping-pong, Singles and Over-50’s Clubs where the members interact and socialize.  In addition, the CCC regularly organizes recreational and cultural activities to celebrate its heritage. We welcome people from all ethnic backgrounds to join and participate.
