Chicken Shwarma on a stick – shwarma is made by stacking pieces of seasoned meat on a stick and roasting. It is a popular street food in Israeli, served with many different toppings. Humus – made from cooked, mashed chickpeas, blended with tahini (sesame paste), olive oil, lemon juice, salt and garlic. It will be served with pita bread. Tabouli – cracked wheat salad mixed with chopped tomato, parsley, mint, onion and garlic; seasoned with olive oil, lemon juice and salt.
