The New Russia Cultural Center, a non-profit organization. The New Russia Cultural Center is striving to expand the public’s understanding and appreciation of Russian folk arts, history and culture. We provide spaces for the community and families to gather and enjoy cultural events such as an annual “Russian Winter Festival” to celebrate Russian folk holiday “Mastlenitsa.” The 5th Russian Winter Festival will be on March 2nd, 2013 at the Polish Community Center, Albany, NY.
